Inner Harmony Counselling - Compassionate Therapy Support

Inner Harmony Counselling With Zeta O'Gorman

At Inner Harmony Counselling, I provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore life's challenges at your own pace.

Whether you are experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief or navigating neurodivergent experiences, you will be met with compassion, understanding and acceptance in a counselling space that can be adapted to several counselling styles that suit your individuality.

I offer face to face, side by side, walking talking and remote therapy, recognising that there is no one size fits all approach to counselling.

Helping you to find calm, clarity and inner harmony

When the noise becomes too much to carry alone

Rediscover your inner harmony

Overlooking a beautiful lake and surrounding countryside, Inner Harmony counselling provides a calm and tranquil space for reflection. Away from the distractions of everyday life, you can take time during sessions to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences in a setting designed to support openess and self-discovery.

What to expect from counselling

I offer a range of counselling options tailored to your individual needs

Face to face counselling

In person counselling offers time away from the demands of everyday life, creating space for reflection, self-discovery and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

Sessions take place in a peaceful setting overlooking a private lake and beautiful countryside in Shepton Mallet.

Side by Side counselling

Side by side counselling provides a gentle alternative to traditional face to face therapy. By removing the expectation of direct eye contact, it can help create a more comfortable and accessible therapeutic space.

Sessions can take place from my window seat overlooking a private lake, allowing nature to become a calming backdrop to our work together.

Walking talking therapy

Being outdoors in nature, alongside the benefits of movement, has been proven to help ease anxiety, reduce mental fatigue and support a greater sense of calm, clarity and connection.

Sessions can take place around the beautiful private lake or in an outdoor space of your choosing, creating a therapeutic environment that feels comfortable and meaningful to you.

Remote counselling

For many people remote counselling offers the best of both worlds: the flexibility to access support wherever you are and the oppertunity to still develop a genuine therapeutic connection. Whether you're at home or elsewhere, therapy can become a natural part of your everyday routine, without compromising the quality of the relationship we build together.

For some, being in a familiar environment, can sometimes make it easier to open up, reflect and engage with counselling.
